1. Course Overview

Annual operating plans help the organization and functional units align objectives, targets, resources and action programs to be implemented in one business cycle.

The course “Annual Operating Planning Skills” focuses on the AOP process: analyzing input data, setting annual objectives, building action programs, allocating resources, preparing budgets and controlling risks.

Unlike short-term work plans, this program focuses on building an annual plan that links business objectives, departments and follow-up mechanisms throughout the planning cycle.

2. Training Objectives
