Professional HR management requires policies and processes to be connected with business needs rather than operated as separate administrative activities. The course “Professional Human Resources Management” provides an integrated view of workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compensation, capability development, and employee relations. The course emphasizes the alignment between business strategy and HR decisions.
