PART 02 Communicating Goals and Delegating Clearly
- Translate objectives into easy-to-understand messages.

- Check employee understanding before execution.
- Adjust wording for different employee profiles.
- Communicate priorities when workload is high.
- Apply SMART principles when communicating goals.
PART 03 Listening and Dialogue with Employees
- Listen actively to understand the real issue.

5. Training Methodology
Classes are conducted in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator provides concise input, then guides discussion, scenario practice, feedback and debriefing so participants can convert knowledge into applicable workplace behavior.
